5. CASH ON DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
We may contact you through WhatsApp, telephone or text message to confirm your Cash on Delivery order, size, address and availability before dispatch.
Order-confirmation and delivery messages are service communications and are separate from promotional marketing.
If an order cannot be confirmed, TEEN TOPS may hold or cancel it.
6. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We share personal information only when reasonably necessary to operate the store and provide services.

Our website and checkout are hosted through Shopify. Shopify processes customer information to provide ecommerce, checkout, security and store-management services.
Courier Companies
We share the customer’s name, telephone number, delivery address, Cash on Delivery amount and necessary order information with courier companies for delivery, tracking and return processing.
Communication Providers
Telephone, email, WhatsApp and related service providers may process information when we communicate with customers.
Advertising and Analytics Providers
TEEN TOPS advertises on Facebook and Instagram. Information received by Meta depends on your interaction with those platforms and the advertising integrations enabled for our store. Where website advertising tools are enabled, they may receive browsing, device and shopping-event information for advertising measurement and relevant advertising.
Professional and Legal Services
